We have been making an effort to follow the music of Jason Sposa since his days in Love Apple. In the past couple of months it has become a lot easier with the help of social networks Twitter and Bandcamp where you can listen to his last three records.
Jason writes some of the most heartfelt electronic music that is possible. Kind of like if Mother Teresa was a computer, she would write this kind of music. His previous EP is 6 songs written for his daughter welcoming her to the world. The EP is as much introspection to the colorful feelings that are involved with having a new child as it a time capsule for her to one day listen to.
The Same Heart Split EP is made up of 3 previously unreleased songs from Jason Sposa and two from Mike Downey, along with one combined effort.
Jason Sposa is currently located outside of New York City in New Jersey and Mike Downey out of Stockholm, Sweden.
