This Thursday night we will be hosting our first house show at the “Scene SC House” or as most people know it the “House of Softcore.” Since we moved into this house in June we’ve been looking forward to putting on acoustic shows and bringing in some really great artists for a more intimate concert experience.
There are a couple of things that we are looking forward to and trying to gain from these house shows. We want people that care about music in Columbia to come to these shows and get to know each other in a really laid back comfortable environment. These house shows aren’t going to be wild parties. It’s going to be people hanging out, eating some food and listening to some good music and drinking some beers.
Details for this show:
-Everyone is welcome to come to these shows. Invite your friends.
-Be respectful of the house.
-BYOB if you are 21+
-We will provide Hors D’oeuvres
-Use the backdoor. The stage is going to be at the front door, so we’ll be directing people around back.
-Be ready to play cornhole if the weather permits.
-The order of events will be Jeremy Davis, Ben Walker, Nathan Hussey
-If you’d like to bring some food for everyone to share, that would be great, but don’t feel like you have to.
-A guest list doesn’t exist. Everyone pays. It’s only $5, so don’t try to sneak in.
-Parking, there is plenty of parking out front and you can park your car around park which is half a block away.
