Just as advertised the Free Times Music Crawl was full of bold flavors.
Quote of the weekend came from Patrick Wall, music editor of the Free Times
“if you don’t love #COLUMBIYEAH!, you’re doing it wrong.”
It’s true. From The Lumineers, who are on tour from Denver, opening things outdoors in front of the Museum of Art, to Cary Ann Hearst packing the house inside the museum, Columbia was a really special place this weekend. That enthusiasm carried over into Saturday where fans crowd surfed in Kelly’s to Junior Astronomers and Columbia’s heavyweights The Restoration, John Wesley Satterfield and Say Brother did their job at entertaining a lubed up crowd to close it all down.
There are a lot of videos from different acts floating around out there so check them out.
