Around this time last year we were working hard bringing Washed Out to Columbia for one of their first shows playing full band and being on a national level. That show was hot, steamy, wonderful, and sold out. A year and many tour dates all over the world later they are coming to The Music Farm in Charleston for what is sure to be a great show.
In addition to Washed Out’s past South Carolina connections, which includes Greene’s time at USC and drummer Cameron Gardner, Fork and Spoon co-founder and Those Lavender Whales/Coma Cinema bassist Chris Gardner is now out on tour with Washed Out playing bass. Give him a shout from the crowd.
This time around we’ll be taking pictures and reviewing the show. For now, check out the interview we did with Ernest Greene last year and enter to win two free tickets. We’ll announce the winner tomorrow afternoon.
