Back in the early days of SceneSC our favorite upstate band was Read in Response. Not only did they break up, but all of the venues we saw them at are now gone too. RIP old Channel and Headliners. I just poured out my cold coffee from this morning for you.
The Welcome Wheel is the new acoustic project of Ben Flack and Dave DeBois, both previously of Read in Response. They cut this delightful three song acoustic demo over a weekend, and thanks to the wonderful technological world we live in now it’s all ready for you to stream.
