Oh happy day, go tell it on the mountain that Oukast has CONFIRMED TWO appearances in 2014! Â They are signed on for Coachella and Gov Ball thus far. Â I am holding out hope that they will also sign on for the SceneSC stage at the SC State Fair or at the LEAST play Spittoono. Â This is the year, my friends, THE YEAR!
If you want to get prepped for the hype you’ll be required to have at the Oukast stage at the Abbeville, SC Spring Festival, make sure you check out @wrlmadmen. Look, I know all the kids are in love with electronic music.  I am old.  I like guitars and guys who don’t wash their hair and use Whiskey as mouthwash (yes, Whiskey is a proper noun), but even I can get down with @wrlmadmen.  First of all, they are humble about their success:
If that’s the measure of “Done made it”, ya’ll I done made it years ago. Â Drunk loafbread eatin’ is a habit. Â
I once went to a club in the Dominican Republic.  That club was in a cave.  Every single song sounded like “Gasolina”.  Time after time, it was not “Gasolina”.  I had to drown my sorrows with the  sweet taste of Presidente Light.  Next time, I’ll also pour one out for my home, Daddy Yankee.  If you feel like checking out these fellas who are humble and caring about Daddy Yankee, check out their live performance vid from NBT on Youtube:
You can also check out @wrlmadmen at the Radio Room on Jan 25. Â Get your pre-Outkast local and regional festival tour hype on. Â Make sure you have some drunk bread for later.
