Concord America’s Suns Out Guns Out EP is out May 27 on Post-Echo.
Atlanta scuzz-rockers Concord America released the second single “So Gay” off their upcoming album Suns Out Guns Out as they prepare for a run of a supporting run of tour dates. The trio consisting of brothers John and Vinny Restivo and friend Ben Presley claim modern influences like The Black Lips and Cage the Elephant, two bands just as known for their raucous live performances as their recorded albums. The band who recently signed to South Carolina based record label Post Echo debuted this single at Impose Magazine.
“So Gay” is a driving fuzzed out rocker with wry lyrics with guitars that either chugging or playing blazing leads. A cheeky song hidden behind an upbeat sound.
Concord America hit Columbia May 25 with Art Contest, Dear Blanca, and Two Fell in a Foxhole at New Brookland Tavern.
