Sequoyah Prep School has come a long way over the last couple of years and they are showing no signs of slowing up.
When I saw them in Florence 2 years ago it sounded like college was going to get in the way of their band, but they seemed to have it all figured out. Non stop tour dates, a new album and a solid fan base will hopefully lead to big things for the Florence based band.
The show Sunday is their CD release show and it is sure to be packed out. There is nothing like a sold out New Brookland Tavern show in July. The energy of the club only rises with the temperature.
