Fuel The Scene

 

For the past three months at Scene SC we have been working hard behind the scenes on our new “Fuel The Scene” project.  The shirts, sampler, stickers, practically everything we’re doing is part of a grand idea where we give back to the music scene and somehow make it better.

So as we release the sampler today and put our T-Shirts and stickers for sale tomorrow, I’ll let you know a little bit more about the Fuel The Scene project.

We are all about being green, so we also decided to recycle our money.  After we recoup our costs with each item of merchandise, we will give a percentage of the profits back to touring bands and bands in need of money.  It might not be huge amounts at first, but it will be something and hopefully it will grow into something huge.

Examples of where the profits might go would be maybe a donation to a SC bands Kickstarter campaign, or a prepaid credit card, gas card or just a small care package given to bands on tour from around the nation.

Thankfully we’ve had help getting everything done as inexpensively as possible so that we can get the money back into bands pockets faster.

So help out the music scene by purchasing a sampler, a shirt or a sticker.  We’ll have more stuff coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
