The Crawfish festival is one of our favorite outdoor concert festivals in Columbia every year. They always tug on my teenage heart strings with bands like Better Than Ezra, Cowboy Mouth and Tonic. This year they are doing the same by bringing in Eve 6, although I don’t love their hits the same as those previous three bands.

This year Crawfish Festival has some light competition from the Olympia community in the form of an awesome line up with some of the best indie rock bands from South Carolina and the midlands.
Headlining the festival will be All Get Out who are getting their fans hyped about their new album coming out this summer. They have songs that all of the parents and kids will be able to relate to, like family issues, debt and life on the road. Whenever All Get Out’s new album does come out, it will be one of the best albums to ever come out on Favorite Gentlemen and will be one of the finest albums of the year. They are ready to show it to the world and we’ve been waiting for it for two years.
Opening the show will be Ye Mighty! who is just as mighty live as their name might make them sound. I got to check them out for the first time last week and they are definitely one of the best bands in Columbia. They play an emotional brand of heavy alternative rock led by the soaring vocals of Beth Dickerson.
So, come early and often and hear all of the bands.
Ye Mighty! – 11:15 – 11:45
David Adedokun – 12:15 – 12:45
CherryCase – 1:15 – 2:00
Ben Walker – 2:30 – 3:30
All Get Out – 4:00 – 5:00
Dave-
Who is playing at the Okra Strut in Irmo this year?

Olympia fest sounds like a cool event to check out some of the best in local artist/music! Just wondering though how is it that “Definitely one of the best bands in Columbia” is playing the 11:15 slot?
Hmmm, more sketchiness in the colatown music
scene or just another overblown opinion of one
set of ears?! Mighty indeed!
See U there!
Not being sketchy, Ye Mighty! earned that respect.
