Charlie Jackson and crew have been known around Columbia for years for writing super catchy songs, in the pop punk vein.
VTR started out as Jackon’s solo project before he scratched his bands and focused all of his energy and songwriting on Versus the Robot. What emerged were Charlie Jackson’s personal lyrics that are easy to relate to for anyone coming of age in Columbia, or any city for that matter. This EP stands out as being carefully recorded and dynamic at all the right times.
Versus the Robot are currently working on a full length record due out in 2012.
