If you like hip-hop music, there’s no way you will not like this. The duo of Macklemore, the rapper, and Ryan Lewis, the producer, is a spectacular combination and I cannot wait to see what they bring to the stage. Macklemore’s honest, intense lyrics combined with Ryan Lewis’ pretty much revolutionary beats create music that evokes emotions from the listener in every single song. The thing that makes this music great is that both of these guys are extremely passionate about what they’re doing, and you can tell. They are from Seattle, WA where MANY other talented artists come from, including The Head and the Heart and Typhoon, who I have also written about.
