A few weeks ago we posted the line up for this years St. Patrick’s day festival on our Facebook and Twitter and it was the wrong line up. Pollstar is usually reliable, but they had last years line up posted as this years. The funny thing is that a lot of the artists are the same.
My opinion is that the Battle of the Bands to get in to play St. Patrick’s Day festival has more good bands than the actual line up. Those bands are The Restoration, The Rival Brothers, Heyrocco, Lion In Winter, All New Badges, and Death of Paris. That event is Friday March 2nd at the fountain in 5 Points. Go show your support.
What do you think about this years line up?
Who would you like to see added to the line up next year?

I think maybe 3 or 4 of those bands are worth hearing, other than that forget it.
Hinder, Crossfade really? It’s too bad the organizers can’t get a real headliner. Ticket prices keep going up, yet the quality of entertainment is headed in the opposite direction.
I think this is the best line-up I’ve ever seen for this event. I love seeing punk and hardcore really represented with the inclusion of Crossfade and Hinder. I would suggest next year to include some other great hardcore bands like Saliva or Staind. You would get a lot of the WUSC hipster crowd with those bands. Bravo Five Points booking group, you’ve really set the bar high for all future St. Pat’s Day events.
LOL…what universe does Kurt live in where Saliva and Staind are hardcore bands?
I think he was being sarcastic.
Love hinder
