Earlier this week some bands found out that they were in the music crawl. Today some bands found out they were not. So who is in so far? As of right now here is who we know is playing on October 4th.

Only 20 more bands and I think I can predict who most of them are, but I don’t know any for sure. Free Times should be coming out with the list soon.

I am only aware of two bands that didn’t get in so far. Oh well. Apply next year and show them what they missed out on.

The Free Times music crawl started in 1999 as a way to promote the local music scene. It is held in a handful of venues around the vista and is pretty much a full on event. The openers are equally as good as the bands that play later in the night so your ears will stay busy. There has been a lot of diversity between bands in the past so you can find your niche and check out some bands.

This is a great opportunity for the Local/Regional music community to come together, so make sure to take advantage of this and make some connections and meet some folks. It isn’t often that everyone is together like this.
